Paid planning assistance

Get Maryland wilderness local knowledge by phone.

Schedule a paid phone call for Maryland-focused wilderness adventure, outing, park, trail, scenic-area, wildlife-viewing, and outdoor-preparation questions.

This is local knowledge and planning assistance only. It is not travel booking, amenities service, outfitting, a guided trip, fishing guide service, emergency response, legal advice, agency determination, WDCO assessment, or pest-control consultation.

Secure paid request

Choose the question count, time, and topic.

The first local planning question is $50. Each additional main question adds $25 and reserves up to one more 30-minute phone block. The public schedule opens only within the next seven days.

Question count sets the price

Start with one question. Add up to two more.

Each box is one paid local-planning question. Brief context and closely related sub-questions are okay, but unrelated extra questions inside the same box may be ignored or rejected by the local agent.

Maximum: three paid questions / 90 minutes.
1 question - up to 30 minutes

All times are Eastern. The time dropdown updates when the question count changes because two and three questions require one continuous 60- or 90-minute block, not separate appointments. Weekends are closed by default. Daily breaks remain blocked from 12:00–1:00 PM and 6:00–8:00 PM.
